Final Reports
A Final Report is required for each grant awarded through any of IPCF's grant cycles - Arts and Culture, General, Shulman, Women to Women and Youth Engaged in Philanthropy (YEP).
Please refer to your Grant Agreement for the specific date it is due.
Typically, grant periods of Women to Women and Youth Engaged in Philanthropy (YEP) grants run from February 1 of one year to January 31 of the next year. All money must be expended by the January 31 deadline. Final reports are due no later than February 28 following the grant cycle.
Typically, grant periods for General, Arts and Culture and Shulman grants are from June 1 of one year to May 31 of the next year. All money must be expended by the May 31 deadline. Final reports are due no later than June 30 following the grant cycle.
Final Reports are integral to good grant management. As a public foundation, IPCF requires transparency and accountability for all funds expended on grants. Organizations that do not submit a Final Report for an existing grant by its due date or its extension date are ineligible to apply for new grants.
Final Reports forms for all types of grants can be found under the Grants tab on our Resources & Forms page.
Email a PDF of the completed Final Report to Michele Evans. If this is not possible, print the report and mail it to Illinois Prairie Community Foundation, 915 E. Washington St., Suite 2, Bloomington, IL 61701.
