The current annual audit and IRS form 990 shall be made available to the public. An appointment may be made to review the material in the Community Foundation office during regular office hours. The documents may be available on the web site. If a copy is requested in printed form, the document(s) will be made available within a two-week period and a reasonable charge may be made.
Investment Management
IPCF investments are professionally managed by First Busey Trust and Investment Co. Busey began managing the Foundation's portfolios in late 2006. The portfolios for the endowed and non-endowed funds are invested somewhat differently, due to the longer time window to grow the endowed funds.
The Foundation's Investment Committee reviews the performance of the portfolios, establishes policies and works with the investment manager to create parameters that will maintain an appropriate mix of equities and other investments. More information about the investment manager and fees may be made available upon request.
